The deal

Turtle Talk connects you with another adult for a short spoken language exchange. You're the 🐢 learner in one round and the 🐇 native speaker in the other. It's a free beta, run by Max Auracher as a private individual and provided as-is. It may change or stop. Before the store launch, a company (Spanish SL) will take over and these terms will be updated.

You must

Be 18 or older.
Use it for language practice only. No dating, flirting, sexual content, harassment, hate, spam, ads or asking for money.
Be kind with corrections.
Not share anyone's clips outside the app, and not share private details such as your address or bank details.

Safety

Use ⚑ Report / Block in any chat. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your content

Your clips stay yours. You give us permission to store them and deliver them to your chat partner, and only for that purpose.

Liability

Other users aren't checked or vetted. We're not responsible for what they say, but we will act on reports. Nothing here limits your rights under Spanish or EU consumer law.
